These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RemApp and Percolate (Cloud), operated by Percolation Labs Ltd ("Percolation Labs", "we", "us", "our"). Together they form the Percolation Labs suite of services ("the Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Percolation Labs provides AI-powered memory services. RemApp is our consumer application for capturing moments, memories, and thoughts, and interacting with them conversationally through AI. Percolate (Cloud) is our enterprise memory infrastructure, offering API access, MCP integration, and self-hosted deployment options. The Services are provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@percolationlabs.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are engaged in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
You retain full ownership of the memories, moments, and content you create in RemApp or Percolate (Cloud) ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You must not use the Services to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive material.

The Services use AI to provide features including semantic search, pattern discovery, and conversational memory. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
We are continually improving our AI systems, but we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be error-free.
The Services offer free tiers and premium subscription plans. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are described within RemApp or on the Percolate (Cloud) dashboard. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
The Services, their design, code, branding, and all content created by us (excluding Your Content) is the intellectual property of Percolation Labs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Open-source components are governed by their respective licences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Percolation Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including loss of data or memories.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important content.
You may delete your account at any time within the app or dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we will delete Your Content within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction.
